Adult/Junior Competition

Thanks to all those who played in the Adult/Junior golf competition on Saturday 26th November. Unfortunately the competition had to be abandoned due to heavy rain and gale force winds. A special mention must go to teams Jeffery and Renwick, who reached the 5th hole despite some of the worst golfing conditions I have ever seen. Details of the rearranged competition are as follows:

Adult/Junior Competition
Saturday 10th December
6 holes
U-13′s red tees
U-8′s blue tees
Entry fee £1 per pair
Juniors play until the ball has crossed the white markers 25yds short of the green, the adult then finishes the hole
Tee off times available between 13:30 and 14:30

Any adult can play (no experience required), if anyone doesn’t have equipment please just let me know and some can be provided. As for the junior winter league, the next competition will be next Saturday 3rd December, tee off times between 13:30 and 14:30. All the start sheets are up on the junior notice board.
